Terms of Service

Who we are

Rotaline is provided by Ease IT (“we”). By creating an account your business (“you”) agrees to these terms.

The service

Rotaline is staff rota software: you add your team, build and publish rotas, and your team sees their shifts. Features may change as the product improves; we won’t take away something central without notice.

Your account

• Keep logins to the people who need them, and passwords private. You’re responsible for what is done through your account.
• Only add people’s details that you’re entitled to use, and tell your team that you use Rotaline.
• Don’t misuse the service, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your data, and processing it for you

You own your data. For the details of your team you are the controller and we are your processor under UK GDPR. We will:

• only process it to provide Rotaline, on your instructions;
• keep it confidential and secure, and make sure anyone who handles it is bound to do the same;
• only use the providers named in our Privacy Policy, and tell you before adding another;
• help you answer requests from your team to exercise their rights;
• tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your data;
• delete or return your data when you close your account.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. On request we’ll export your data first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can.

Liability

We work to keep Rotaline available and correct, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

Changes and contact
