- Who is Rotaline for?
- Small UK teams that work shifts: cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops, salons, gyms, care and cleaning teams. If you currently do the rota in a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp group, it's for you.
- Do my staff need to download an app?
- No. They get an invitation by email, choose a password, and see the rota in their phone's browser. They can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
- Can my managers see everyone's pay?
- No. Managers see what a week costs in total for their locations, but individual pay rates are only ever shown to the owner.
- Is our data safe?
- Every login can use two-step sign-in, every change is recorded in an activity log, and your data is never shared or sold. It's built for UK GDPR from the start.
